1. In national legislation, all children under the age of 18 years are protected equally whether they reached age of majority and/or emancipation or not. 2. SDG5.3.1 (Adapted) National legislation prohibits marriage under the age of 18 years. 3. In national legislation, if the voting age is lower than 18 years, children continue to be protected under the CRC. 4. If national legislation permits emancipation under the law and prior to age 18 years as a result of marriage or leaving home voluntarily, they continue to be protected under the CRC. |
